Russell Noble has been commissioned a Kentucky Colonel twice by two different Kentucky Governors. An honor also held by world-acclaimed Colonel Harland D. Sanders. In 2010, the Honorable Governor Steven Beshear made the commission on his family’s efforts to establish the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Russell Noble received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology with a Counseling Certificate in pastoral counseling from Liberty Christian College in 1985 and continued studies at Lincoln Christian Seminary and Lincoln Christian University (2001and 2016) for an MA in Intercultural Studies.
