Russell Noble received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology with a Counseling Certificate in pastoral counseling from Liberty Christian College in 1985 and continued studies at Lincoln Christian Seminary and Lincoln Christian University (2001and 2016) for an MA in Intercultural Studies.
